b15ae972ca build: test vault path from VOICE_NOTE_VAULT, warn when missing (M-3, #3) 
Default stays the author's test vault. Without the vault the dev build used to skip copying silently; now it says so and names the variable.

ba17005b30 fix(core): keep CRLF notes intact — frontmatter detection and line endings (T4.1, #3) 
readVoiceFields/patchFrontmatter split on \r?\n; patchFrontmatter and renderNote write in the note's own line-ending style. Before: a CRLF note's '---\r' was not recognised, the patch prepended a second frontmatter block and the record fell out of the queue.
