feat(scripts): sync-statements.sh --in-place — раскладка копии в рабочее дерево хоста с защитой от .gitignore и путей для контура ( #120 )
...
Также: evaluate при коммите VERSION без arm_statements/ даёт код 20 вместо падения с 128 (T2.1).
