Архив OpenSpec change console-files после слияния PR #97: дельты primary-files, documents-api, data-model (переименование требования под v5.18), consolidations-api применены к основным спекам; попутно закрыт M-5 из #98 — «текущая DBML v5.17» → v5.18 в data-model и directories-api. Кода нет.

Issue #96 закрыта, follow-ups — #98.
