Refs #14 (закрыта PR #15). Только openspec/: change перенесён в openspec/changes/archive/2026-10-06-slice-2c-osv-ingest/, дельты применены к openspec/specs/ (новые primary-files, osv-result-mapping, documents-api; recognition-job-exchange, data-model → v5.15, audit-trail). openspec validate --specs — passed.
