Всё ок, replace как раз то что нужно: Назад теперь уходит к консолидации, а не по выбранным документам. Спеку переключателя добавил в ветку сам (document-switcher-history).

Гайд фронта §5.7: зеркало ручных переходов статуса версии (arm-core #166)

Сделано в PR #161 (b52597d), слит вместе с arm-core #166 (000b518).
