Модуль settings: значения по умолчанию, версия настроек, защищённые ключи, перенос проектных настроек из config.example.json (учётные данные остаются у агента). Фикстура tests/fixtures/config.example.json — копия admin/jira-sync/config.example.json. .pytest_cache/ добавлен в .gitignore.
