Отложенное по агенту v16 (PR #54, архив #55).

  • M-1 — нет теста на ошибку именно PUT …/estimation (текст Jira в error, retryable при 5xx); test_points_by_board_jira_error падает уже на GET — финальное ревью, tests/test_executor_fields.py.
  • M-2 — test_points_by_board_with_fields не проверяет, что в теле PUT /issue нет поля оценки (регрессия вернула бы «Field cannot be set») — финальное ревью.
