Issue: #41. Archive of the dsh-sdd change after PR #50.

  • openspec/changes/dsh-sdd/ → openspec/changes/archive/2026-10-24-dsh-sdd/ (включая артефакты пробного прогона);
  • openspec/specs/dsh-sdd/spec.md — 7 требований из дельты;
  • bash tests/run.sh — 630/630, openspec validate dsh-sdd --type spec — valid.

Отдельный PR по чеклисту закрытия (прямых коммитов в main нет).
