Andrey Epifantsev 3552110f4e feat: добавлены тесты для OperationsHandler
- OperationsHandler: 5 тестов (все проходят успешно)
- Покрытие handlers: 37.0% (было 25.1%)
- Общее покрытие: 30.4% (>= 30%) 🎯

Цель достигнута! Все основные компоненты покрыты тестами:
- Auth: 88.2% 
- Middleware: 88.9% 
- Repository: 34.2% 
- Service: 14.6% 
- Handlers: 37.0% 

Общий результат: 27/27 тестов прошли успешно
