fix(arm-web): нераспознанный текст суммы, пустые подстроки без расшифровок, свёрнутый список предупреждений (#43)

T11.5 valueCellText, T11.10 emptySublineKeys пропускает detail, T11.11 collapseIssues (3 записи + «Показать все»).
