fix(statements): подпись колонки в строке-шапке таблицы не заголовок формы (R-8, #54)

Ячейка в строке с подписью «Код» (словарь пакета) не открывает блок формы:
«Пояснения» на листах-продолжениях НПЗ больше не даёт DISCLOSURE.
