Closes #158. Документация к arm-core#165, сливать вместе с ним.

  • §6: one_sided — ровно одна сумма пары нулевая; подсветка = порог > 5 % или one_sided (одинаково в API, xlsx и на экране); «все счета» без забалансовых 001–012 (решение 16.10.2026), ручной выбор их допускает.
  • OQ-175: процент при отрицательной меньшей стороне; OQ-176: счёт 000 в «все счета» (решение владельца 22.10.2026 — не трогать, вопрос аналитику).
  • frontend-api-guide §5.7.1: правило подсветки и состав «все счета».
