Копия исправления arm-web в web/ (контур разворачивается из arm-core/web).

Причина: build/pdf.worker.mjs pdfjs-dist 5.7 вызывает Uint8Array.prototype.toHex (Chromium 140+), Яндекс Браузер — старше. PdfPages переводится на pdfjs-dist/legacy/build (модуль и воркер) + регрессионный тест.
